You tell a friend to videotape you (wit a cell phone or tablet) you send us you video via email, Dropbox or Google Drive and we’ll analyse it and provide you with feedback. We can meet via Skype, we can send you a link with a video capture or a plain email.

After the assessment we can provide packages or workouts for all levels and abilities. We recommend packages of 10 and 20 workouts to be able to assist you with adjustments before the end of the cycle.
